RIO DE JANEIRO – The auction for the virginity of Brazilian Catarina Migliorini, 20, ended Wednesday with a bid of $780 thousand dollars, reported the Virgins Wanted website. A Japanese national from Tokyo, identified only as Natsu, 53, placed the winning bid for the privilege to deflower the young woman.

A doctor — trusted by the winning bidder — will examine Catarina to prove her chastity. Consummation of the deal should occur within 10 days, on an airplane flight from Australia to the United States, in international airspace.
A male virgin, Russian Alexander Stepanov, also auctioned off his first sexual experience. The winning bid, $3 thousand, came from a person identified only as B. Nene. The site made no mention of the sex of the winning bidder.
The young virgins’ experience selling their first sexual encounter is the subject of a documentary film produced by Australian Justin Sisely. The filmmaker says he will interview the participants on camera before the sexual acts occur. The winning bidders will have the option to remain anonymous and the producer will not film the actual sex acts.
Catarina wants to use the money to study medicine in Buenos Aires, Argentina. “I’m already registered, but decided to postpone enrolling until 2013. I am 20 years old now, am responsible for my own body and I’m not hurting anyone,” she told Folha de Sao Paulo.
